Got equipment at home? Let’s use it, whether you are near or far! Although a mat is all that’s necessary, we’ll incorporate a magic circle, light dumbbells, resistance bands and a foam roller from time to time.

In Person

A wide variety of classes are offered from mat to apparatus (reformer, chair and Cadillac) in person at Beyond Fitness in Bermuda. Mat & Reformer classes are available at a boutique home studio in Baytown, Texas.

In Paradise

Why should you have to choose between travel and fitness? We think you should be able to see the world, move and enjoy a healthy lifestyle all at the same time. On a Pilates with April retreat, you’ll do just that.
